Quality policy of insurance fund for mineral resources

The insurance fund provides insurance services for miners in order to decrease the risk of investment, cover and recompense the involuntary damages related to mine activities.

We believe customer orientation is the most important pillar in our job, on that point we settled our quality policy system based on IS09001:2015 Standard and the items below are undertaken:

1- Increasing satisfaction and creating loyalty in customers and beneficiaries.

3- Developing various type of investment and credit insurance services in value chain of mineral activities.
